Contact us to let us know what type of jewelry you are sending in for repair. We will provide you with a FREE & Insured UPS label.

Download and print our prepaid UPS Insured label. Apply the label, pack your jewelry, and drop off your jewelry at any UPS location.

Once we receive your jewelry, our jewelers will inspect it and provide a FREE Estimate for required services. You can either accept or reject our proposal.

Upon accepting our proposal, our professional jewelers will perform the required repairs and then return your repaired jewelry to your return address!
